DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Production: As a family-run business, we rigorously follow a made-to-order manufacturing policy. Although the time taken to execute a new order entirely depends on our current workload, design changes and size/complexity of the model, we generally take anywhere between 4 to 6 weeks for production from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery: Both safe and on-time delivery are our key priorities and for this we have partnered with leading logistics players

a. Domestic (India): We use both air and surface delivery options of BlueDart for all our India wide deliveries. Depending on the location and mode of transportation, the delivery can take any where between 3 to 5 days from the date of dispatch.

b. International: Owing to better cargo handling, air is the preferred route for all our international shipments. But in order to give choices to our customers, we are also open to explore sea-freight option (cheaper but with higher lead times).

For our international air shipments, we have exclusively tied-up with DHL Express. Depending on the location, the delivery can take any where between 7 to 10 days from the date of dispatch.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

1. Choose Product Size: If available, select from the size option in the dropdown menu on the product page.
2. Select Payment Option: Under the 'payment' tab select a payment option:
   - Full Payment
   - 50% Deposit
   If the 50% deposit option is selected, an invoice for the balance payment will be shared separately. This invoice will become due before the planned order dispatch date.
3. Make Payment: After you have selected your preferences click "Place Order" to initiate checkout to make payment.

EXCLUSIONS

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or other applicable charges. These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination and fall under the buyer’s scope. As these charges vary around the world and are generally subject to change and therefore cannot be exactly ascertained at the time of placing an order. To determine if there will be any additional costs. it is recommended for you to check with your country’s customs office.

Difference between the 3 stone variants

1. VISUAL

No Absorption

• Makrana: Ultimate resistance. Zero porosity and natural moisture entirely block out stains.
• Agariya: Highly reliable. Low absorption that handles daily use effortlessly if spills are cleaned promptly.
• Vietnam: Moderate resistance. Receptive to sealants; best suited for dry setups to lock in its look.

Freshness & Appearance

• Makrana: Deep, translucent natural glaze. Looks lively, warm, and inherently graceful.
• Agariya: Contemporary character. A crisp white background balanced by beautiful grey or green veining.
• Vietnam: Supreme, flawless whiteness. Offers a perfectly uniform, stark white aesthetic for ultra-modern designs.

• Makrana: Maximum density. Incredibly tough stone that easily resists chipping or snapping.
• Agariya: Dependable strength. A sturdy, moderately hard stone that is highly reliable to transport and install.
