Shipping & Delivery Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

As all our products are built-to-order (manufactured only after the order confirmation), please allow us 4 to 6 weeks (domestic delivery) and 6-8 weeks (International Shipping) to deliver your order. Expect regular emails from us which will keep you posted about the production stage and dispatch.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address, pin-code and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. We strive to offer multiple options for choosing a logistics partner. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Pur preferred logistics partner in for domestic deliveries is Blue Dart.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore & Dubai. For other countries, kindly reach out to us on contact@makrana.com

All our shipments are through air and DHL Express is our partner. For sea shipping (if requested/preferred by customer), Maersk & DHL Logistics.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. H.S.Hussain Bux Fazal Ji Marble Workshop Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

As all our orders are built-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds except in the cases where a damaged/broken product is received by the customer. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@makrana.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Alternatively (and preferably) we can also provide a replacement of the particular broken/ damaged component/element of the product. We address these on a case-by- case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
